Food Aggregator Executive – Swiggy & Zomato Manage daily operations on Swiggy Monitor order, cancellations, delays, and customer complaints.
Coordinate with outlet teams for smooth order processing.
Maintain daily sales and order reports.
Coordinate with Swiggy support for platform-related issues.
Required Experience 1–2 years of experience managing Swiggy & Zomato accounts.
Experience in restaurant/QSR/food delivery operations preferred.
Required Skills Good knowledge of Swiggy Partner Platforms Basic to good Excel skills Solid coordination and communication skills Good attention to detail Ability to handle multiple tasks and resolve issues quickly
