Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with vendors for orders, supplies, dispatches and deliveries.
- Follow up regularly with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials/products.
- Track Purchase Orders, pending orders and delivery status.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Warehouse and Accounts teams.




- Maintain vendor-wise records and prepare pending order / supply status reports.
- Identify delays or shortages and escalate issues to the concerned team.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely updating of supply-related data.
- Maintain regular communication with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Candidate Profile:

- Positive communication and strong follow-up skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Organized, proactive and comfortable handling multiple vendors/orders.
- Experience in Vendor Coordination / Purchase / Supply Chain preferred.
- Immediate joiners / Short Notice candidates preferred.
