- Operate and monitor the boiler and associated equipment safely and efficiently.

- Ensure boiler operation is maintained as per SOP, operating parameters and statutory requirements.

- Monitor steam pressure, temperature, water level, fuel consumption and other critical parameters.

- Supervise boiler start-up, shutdown and changeover activities.

- Monitor feed water system, pumps, fans, valves, fuel system, ash handling and blowdown.

- Ensure proper combustion and efficient boiler performance.

- Check boiler auxiliaries and identify abnormal conditions, leakages or equipment problems.

- Coordinate with the Maintenance, Production and E&I; teams for breakdowns and corrective actions.

- Maintain boiler logbooks, shift reports, operational records and fuel/chemical consumption records.





- Ensure proper water treatment and maintain required boiler water quality parameters.

- Supervise Boiler Attendants, Helpers and other boiler operating staff.

- Ensure proper housekeeping in the boiler and utility area.

- Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, emergency procedures and statutory compliance requirements.

- Take immediate action during abnormal/emergency boiler conditions and inform the concerned authority.

- Support preventive maintenance and shutdown activities.

- Ensure uninterrupted and safe steam supply to the production process.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
