Job Purpose The Finishing In-Charge will be responsible for planning, supervising, and ensuring timely completion of all finishing and associated construction activities for residential projects. The role will coordinate RCC, electrical, plumbing, masonry, flooring, plastering, painting, carpentry, waterproofing, and other finishing activities while ensuring quality, safety, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. RCC & Civil Work Completion

- Supervise and monitor RCC-related activities and ensure completion as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with the civil/site team for slab, beam, column, staircase, and other structural works.
- Ensure proper execution of masonry, plastering, waterproofing, screeding, and other civil finishing works.
- Identify and resolve site-level issues affecting project progress.
- Ensure rectification of defects and pending civil works before handover.

2. Electrical Work Completion

- Coordinate with electrical contractors and site engineers for completion of electrical works.
- Monitor conduiting, wiring, DB installation, switches, sockets, lighting points, earthing, and other electrical works.
- Ensure electrical work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, and rectification of electrical systems.
- Ensure all electrical points are checked and closed before final handover.

3. Finishing Works

- Supervise plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, false ceiling, doors, windows, sanitary fittings, kitchen work, and other finishing activities.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings,



specifications, and quality standards.
- Prepare and monitor daily/weekly work schedules to achieve project milestones.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, consultants, and internal teams.
- Monitor manpower and material requirements to avoid delays.

4. Quality & Inspection

- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Prepare snag/punch lists and ensure timely closure of all observations.
- Coordinate inspections with consultants and project management teams.
- Ensure work is completed with minimum rework and wastage.

5. Project Coordination & Handover

- Coordinate with MEP, civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other agencies for smooth execution.
- Track pending works and provide regular progress updates to the Project Manager/Site Head.
- Ensure floor-wise/unit-wise completion and readiness for customer handover.
- Maintain records of completed works, inspections, measurements, and rectifications.
- Support final project handover and closure activities.

Key Skills

- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet strict deadlines.

Qualification Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.

Experience

5–10 years of relevant experience in residential construction projects, preferably with experience in RCC, finishing, electrical coordination, and project handover.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
