Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments - Verify pricing, quantities, and discounts before invoicing- Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals- Assist with accounts payable/receivable reconciliation- Support monthly/quarterly closing activities - Maintain daily cash/invoice reconciliation for walk-in sales- Handle bank reconciliations- Maintain stock registers for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods - Support
