Job Title – Finance Specialist
About The Role
Job Purpose (Job Summary): We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive BankAccount Maintenance Specialist to support the administration and governance ofglobal bank accounts across multiple Real Estate funds’ legal entities andjurisdictions. The role is responsible for managing bank account lifecycleactivities, supporting KYC and due diligence requests, coordinating authorizedsignatory updates, reviewing regulatory documentation, and administering useraccess to banking platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate end-to-end bank account opening, closing, and maintenance activities across multiple banking partners.
- Prepare and review account opening documentation and ensure timely completion of banking requirements.
- Track account opening and closure requests through to completion.
- Manage Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) requests from banking partners.
- Coordinate collection, validation, and submission of corporate documents, ownership structures, and supporting information.
- Partner with Legal and Corporate Secretarial teams to obtain required documentation.
- Maintain signatory records and monitor compliance with internal governance requirements.
- Review, prepare, and maintain FATCA and CRS forms and related tax documentation.
- Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and responding to information requests.
Qualificationand Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Banking, or related discipline.
- 3-7 years of experience in Treasury Operations, Bank Account Management, Cash Management, Corporate Banking Operations, or a related field.
- Experience managing bank account openings, closures, KYC reviews, and banking documentation.
- Knowledge of FATCA, CRS, KYC, AML, and customer due diligence requirements.
- Familiarity with working with multiple banking partners and EMEA Real Estate legal entities.
OtherRequirements
- Ability to build effective relationships with banks, internal teams, and external service providers.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate banking requirements and follow up on requests.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when handling sensitive banking information and regulatory documentation.
- Ownership and accountability for delivering high-quality outcomes and following tasks through to completion.
- Collaboration and teamwork to work effectively across Treasury, Accounting, Legal, and banking partners.
- Basic knowledge of MS Suite, proficiency MS Excel
