Role Description The Finance Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Nashik, responsible for overseeing the financial health and sustainability of VY Sairisa Cancer Care Center. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing budgeting and forecasting, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and monitoring cash flow and expenses to support operational decision-making. The role involves ensuring compliance with relevant healthcare and financial regulations, coordinating audits, and maintaining accurate financial records.

The Finance

Manager will collaborate closely with clinical and administrative leadership to develop cost-effective strategies, support capital planning, and provide regular financial reports. This position also includes supervising finance staff, improving internal controls,



and implementing financial processes and systems that align with the center’s growth and patient care goals.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data for decision-making.
- Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and cash flow management, including preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and management reports.
- Experience with financial compliance, audit coordination, and internal controls, preferably within healthcare or a regulated industry.
- Ability to use financial and accounting software, spreadsheets, and ERP tools to manage data, create reports, and improve processes.
- Effective communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills to work with clinical, administrative, and external partners.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities, including mentoring staff and organizing finance operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; a professional certification (such as CA, CMA, CPA, or MBA in Finance) is an advantage.
- Relevant experience in finance management, preferably in hospitals, clinics, or healthcare organizations in India, with familiarity in local taxation and regulatory requirements.
