Nada Happiness LLP is a Calicut-based business support company providing centralized back-office services to an established business group. Our team supports key business functions including Accounting & Finance, IT and other business operations.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead group-wide finance operations from our Calicut back office. The role involves financial planning, budgeting, accounting, taxation, cash flow management, financial reporting and supporting senior management with financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and profitability analysis.
- Oversee accounting, taxation, treasury, audit and financial reporting.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, credit control and receivables.
- Prepare financial reports, MIS, dashboards and variance analysis.
- Monitor division-wise profitability, margins, costs and financial performance.
- Ensure accurate month-end closing, inventory valuation and financial records.
- Maintain strong internal controls, finance policies and compliance procedures.
- Drive ERP, automation,



data accuracy and finance process improvements.
- Coordinate with auditors, senior management and department heads.
- Lead, mentor and develop the finance team.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related field; CA/ACCA/CMA/MBA Finance preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in FMCG, retail, distribution, trading or multi-division organisations.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, accounting, taxation, cash flow and financial analysis.
- Experience with ERP/finance systems, MIS and financial reporting.
- Strong understanding of internal controls, compliance and audit.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
- GCC/Oman finance experience will be an advantage.
