Ø About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Head to lead our Accounts & Finance function in a growing real estate organization.

The role will involve managing the Accounts & Finance team, project-wise financials, cash flow, compliance, MIS and overall financial controls. The person should be hands-on, responsible and capable of working directly with senior management.

Ø Key Responsibilities

1. Accounts & Finance

ü Managing the complete Accounts & Finance function ü Review of accounting, ledgers, bank reconciliation and finalization of accounts ü Monitoring project-wise expenses, costing and profitability ü Managing receivables, payables and vendor payments
1. Finance & Cash Flow

ü Preparing and monitoring cash-flow statements and financial forecasts ü Monitoring project budgets and expenses ü Managing fund flow and working capital ü Identifying financial risks and reporting them to management
1. Statutory & Compliance

ü Ensuring timely GST, TDS, PF, ESIC and other statutory compliances ü Coordinating with auditors and consultants ü Maintaining proper documentation and audit-ready records
1. MIS & Reporting

ü Preparing monthly MIS, P&L;, Balance Sheet and cash-flow reports ü Preparing budget vs. actual reports and variance analysis ü Providing financial information and recommendations to the Managing Director

Team Management

ü Managing, guiding and supervising the Accounts & Finance team ü Assigning responsibilities and monitoring team performance ü Ensuring accuracy, timely completion and proper financial controls Ø What WeÔÇÖre Looking For:

8ÔÇô12 years of experience in Accounts & Finance

Experience in Real Estate / Construction industry preferred

Experience in managing an Accounts & Finance team

Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, GST and TDS

Valuable understanding of cash flow, budgeting and project costing

Experience in MIS, audits and financial reporting

Hands-on experience with Farvision ERP/ Tally and MS Excel

Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills

High level of accuracy, integrity and confidentiality
