We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
HR & Finance Executive to support our Human Resources and Finance teams. This job offers hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, payroll assistance, financial record-keeping, and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities****Human Resources
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidate interviews.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Track attendance and leave records.
- Assist with HR reports and compliance documentation.
Finance
- Support invoice processing and expense tracking.
- Assist in maintaining financial records and spreadsheets.
- Record Reimbursement and salary in Zoho Books.
- Reconciliation of Bank Statements.
- Maintain accurate filing of finance-related documents.
- Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate collection & recording of payments.
- Assist in GST-related documentation and compliance.
- Prepare TDS working and maintain statutory records.
Eligibility Criteria
- Fresh graduates with a B.Com or other Finance/Accounting-oriented qualification with
0-1 years of experience.
- Working professionals who have taken a career break and are looking to restart their careers in
Finance, Accounts, or HR Operations are encouraged to apply, provided they have a background in Commerce or Finance.
- Individuals with a strong willingness to learn, positive analytical skills, and a proactive attitude.
- Immediate joiners or candidates available to join within 15 days will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian taxation.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, or similar ERP systems.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, filters, pivot tables will be an advantage).
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling financial and employee information.
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn and multitask.
