Job Summary

We are looking for a Finance Executive to manage accounting, financial reconciliation, statutory compliance, MIS reporting, and e-commerce marketplace finance activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting, AP, AR, and General Ledger.
- Perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliations.
- Handle Amazon Marketplace settlements, fees, refunds, returns, reimbursements, and payment reconciliation.
- Prepare Amazon and e-commerce financial MIS reports.
- Monitor receivables, payables, expenses, and cash flow.
- Verify invoices, payments, and accounting entries.
- Assist with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.
- Support audits, financial closing, budgeting, and reporting.
- Coordinate with Finance, Marketplace, banks, auditors,



and consultants.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / ACCA / CMA
- Minimum 2 years of relevant finance/accounting experience.
- E-commerce finance experience is highly preferred.
- Hands-on Amazon Marketplace finance and settlement handling experience is highly preferred.
- Experience in electronics retail/e-commerce is an added advantage.

Skills

- Strong Excel and financial reconciliation skills.
- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central financial reports.
- Knowledge of Odoo ERP preferred.
- Knowledge of Zoho Books is an added advantage.
- Solid accounting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Accuracy, responsibility, and ability to meet deadlines.
