Job Summary

We are looking for a Finance Coordinator to support the Finance & Accounts function of our automobile dealership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating vehicle finance activities, documentation, billing, collections, and communication with customers, banks, and internal departments.

The candidate should have good attention to detail, strong follow-up skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple transactions efficiently in a fast-paced dealership setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with customers and finance institutions for vehicle loan processing and disbursement.
- Handle and verify finance-related documentation, KYC, loan forms, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, customers, Sales, Accounts, and Delivery teams.
- Follow up on loan approvals, documentation, disbursement, and pending cases.
- Prepare and maintain finance-related records, trackers, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate vehicle invoicing, payment confirmation, and finance documentation.
- Monitor pending payments and follow up with relevant stakeholders for timely closure.
- Ensure accurate and timely updating of customer and transaction details in internal systems.
- Assist the Sales and Accounts teams in resolving finance-related queries.
- Maintain proper records of finance cases and ensure documentation is complete before vehicle delivery.
- Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for discrepancies,



clarifications, and pending documentation.
- Support reconciliation and other finance-related activities as required.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and documentation standards.

Requirements
- Graduate degree in B.Com, BBA, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in automobile dealership finance, banking, NBFC, vehicle finance, or accounts coordination.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic finance/accounting processes.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Good attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Candidates with experience in automotive retail / dealership finance will be preferred.
