nJob Overview

n

nWe are looking for a Senior Finance Associate to join Atomgrid. This role will be

npart of the core finance team, focused on accounting operations, financial

ncontrols, compliance, and maintaining strong finance processes in a fast-paced

nstartup environment.

n

nKey Requirements

n● 2–5 years of experience in accounting / finance operations.

n● Solid accounting knowledge with hands-on ERP experience.

n● Experience in bank entries, payment entries, journal entries, and bill

nbooking.

n● Good understanding of AP/AR, reconciliations, invoicing, and ledger

nscrutiny.





n● Working knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, PTAX, and related statutory

ncompliances.

n● Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP will be an added advantage.

n● Exposure to import-export / cross-border transactions is a plus.

n● High ownership mindset and ability to work independently.

nKey Responsibilities

n● Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations

n● Maintain accurate books in ERP and ensure financial hygiene

n● Handle domestic and international payments and bank reconciliations

n● Manage vendor invoices, customer invoicing, and ledger reconciliations

n● Ensure timely statutory compliance and support monthly closures

n● Maintain audit-ready books and coordinate with auditors/consultants
