Role Description The Finance and Human Resources Executive will oversee daily financial administration and HR activities to support smooth school operations. This full-time, on-site role is based in Hyderabad and involves managing budgets, monitoring expenses, handling payroll, and ensuring accurate financial reporting in line with school policies and statutory requirements.

The role also includes overseeing HR operations, maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment, onboarding, and performance management, and ensuring consistent application of HR policies and procedures. The executive will address employee relations matters, coordinate benefits and leave administration, and collaborate with leadership to align finance and HR practices with the school’s strategic goals.



This role requires close coordination with academic and administrative teams to ensure compliance, transparency, and effective resource utilization.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support school-wide HR initiatives.
- Experience in HR Operations and HR Policies, including documentation, implementation, and compliance with labor and education regulations.
- Ability to manage Employee Relations, fostering a respectful and inclusive work environment and addressing concerns professionally.
- Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, accounting, payroll processing, and financial reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced qualifications (MBA, HR or finance certifications) are an advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and integrity in handling confidential information.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders in an educational setting.
- Prior experience in a school or education-focused organization is preferred but not mandatory.
