- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to resolve quality issues.
- Support root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for recurring defects.
- Ensure proper identification and segregation of OK / Rework / Rejection components.
- Maintain calibration status and proper handling of measuring instruments.
- Follow company quality procedures, safety requirements and 5S practices.
- Conduct final inspections of mechanical components, ensuring compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Handle instruments, Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, gauges, and other equipment to ensure proper functioning and accuracy.
- Read and interpret 2D drawings to identify dimensions, tolerances, and requirements.
- Operate CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) software to perform measurements accurately.
- Implement Poka Yoke principles to minimize errors during production processes.

Desired Candidate Profile





- 1-5 years of experience in Final Inspection or Quality Control role
- Good knowledge of engineering drawings and GD&T;
- Knowledge of dimensional inspection and measuring instruments
- Basic knowledge of CNC / VMC machining processes
- Diploma or Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.).
- Solid understanding of 5S system implementation for maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Proficiency in using CMM software for precise measurement taking.
- Ability to work in shifts, if required
