Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Executive – Film Distribution & Theatre Programming to manage film programming across multiple cinemas. The role will involve screen/show allocation, show timings, RO & DCR management, box-office analysis and revenue optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage film programming across multiple theatres and locations.
- Allocate screens, shows and timings based on film performance and audience demand.
- Prepare and monitor RO (Release Orders) and DCR (Daily Collection Reports).
- Track occupancy, collections, ATP and show-wise performance.
- Analyse box-office trends and recommend programming changes.
- Plan programming for new releases, weekends, holidays and release clashes.
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS and performance reports.




- Maintain theatre-wise and film-wise performance data.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in Film Distribution, Theatre Programming, Exhibition or Box Office Operations.
- Practical knowledge of RO, DCR, screen allocation and show programming.
- Strong understanding of box-office performance and theatre operations.
- Good analytical and decision-making skills.
- Solid Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and make quick programming decisions.
