Field Technical Trainee - Wastewater Treatment

FIELD-BASED JOB | TRAINING PROVIDED | FULL-TIME | IMMEDIATE JOINING

Kaasma Private Limited is looking for young, energetic and technically interested freshers to join our growing Technical Team.

This is an opportunity to start a hands-on technical career in the wastewater treatment industry. Previous experience in STP, ETP or wastewater treatment is not required. Training will be provided.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a field-based technical job, not an office or desk-based position.

You will travel to customer locations and work with our technical team on wastewater treatment systems and related equipment.

The role will provide practical exposure to:

ETP and STP systems

Pumps, motors and mechanical equipment

Basic electrical troubleshooting

Plumbing and piping

Preventive maintenance

Equipment inspection and fault identification

Customer-site service and technical support

You will work alongside experienced technicians and gradually develop the skills required to handle service activities independently.

WHO CAN APPLY?

Freshers with the following qualifications are encouraged to apply:

Plus Two

ITI - Electrician, Fitter, Plumber or related trades

Diploma - Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or related disciplines

B.Tech - Engineering graduates with an interest in hands-on technical field work

Previous experience is not mandatory.

Candidates with technical aptitude, a willingness to learn and an interest in field-based work will be preferred.

Good discipline and sense of responsibility

Basic communication skills

Ability to work as part of a team

Positive attitude towards learning and field work

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are required.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

Starting Salary: Rs. 12,000 per month + Travel Allowance + ESI

6-month probation and training period

Performance-based incentives

High-performing trainees may become eligible for incentives earlier based on performance

Potential monthly earnings can reach approximately Rs. 25000 based on performance and eligible incentives
