We are looking for a skilled Field Service Engineer with 0 to 2 years of experience to visit petrol pumps/retail outlets and maintain, repair, install, and troubleshoot equipment such as fuel dispensers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field services engineering.

Roles and Responsibility

- Maintain and repair fuel dispensers and other equipment at retail outlets.

- Troubleshoot issues with fuel dispensers and provide technical support.

- Install new fuel dispensers and ensure proper functioning.

- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems.

- Collaborate with the maintenance team to resolve complex technical issues.

- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in field services engineering or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of fuel dispensers and other equipment used at retail outlets.

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Valuable communication and customer service skills.

- Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.
