Job Overview
We are looking for energetic and technically oriented Field Service & Sales Engineers to join our team in the Fiber Laser Machine Industry. The role involves installation, commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting, customer support, and sales of fiber laser cutting and related industrial machines.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and commission fiber laser cutting machines at customer locations.
- Provide field service, maintenance, troubleshooting and technical support.
- Understand machine specifications, applications and customer requirements.
- Visit industrial customers and identify recent business opportunities.
- Demonstrate machines and explain technical features to customers.
- Generate leads and support the complete sales process.
- Coordinate with customers, service teams and internal technical teams.
- Prepare service reports, quotations and customer follow-ups.
- Travel to customer locations as required.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of mechanical/electrical/electronics engineering.
- Interest in industrial machinery and automation.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for field service and sales activities.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
- Sales-oriented approach with technical understanding.
Preferred Candidates
- B.E./B.Tech candidates from Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or related branches.
- Engineering graduates pursuing or holding an MBA in Marketing/Sales are preferred.
- Freshers with good technical knowledge and communication skills can apply.
Note: - We hire candidates on Permanent Job on below mentioned Terms & Conditions so there's no Contract System in company.
Company Terms & Conditions –
- Any selected candidate has to sign 02 Year Bond & 02 Months' Notice Period.
- At the time joining selected candidate has to give a cheque of 02 months Gross Salary.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
