We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Field Sales Officer – PEB/PUF to drive business development and client relationships. The role involves generating leads, identifying potential clients, understanding project requirements, conducting site visits, preparing quotations, and coordinating with internal teams to support project closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and develop recent business opportunities.

- Identify and connect with potential clients and industry stakeholders.

- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable PEB/PUF solutions.

- Conduct client meetings and site visits.

- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.

- Maintain regular communication with prospects and clients.

- Coordinate with engineering, estimation, and project teams.

- Track leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Qualifications

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or relevant engineering field preferred.

- Candidates from Sales,



Business Development, or related backgrounds may also apply.

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Basic understanding of PEB/PUF products and construction is preferred.

Experience

- 1–4 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in PEB, PUF, steel construction, infrastructure, or building materials.

- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
