About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on professional to drive market development, warehouse setup, and operations across Delhi NCR.

The role involves identifying the right locations for new warehouses/dark stores, conducting on-ground market research, setting up warehouse infrastructure, managing vendors and landlords, and ensuring smooth day-to-day warehouse operations.

This is an execution-focused role for someone who enjoys working on the ground, solving operational problems, and building processes from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Market Development & Location Planning

Conduct on-ground market research across Delhi NCR to identify high-potential micro-markets for warehouse/dark store expansion.

Analyze workshop density, customer demand, accessibility, logistics connectivity, delivery radius, and transit efficiency to identify suitable locations.

Conduct site visits and evaluate potential warehouse locations based on business and operational requirements.

Warehouse Setup & Infrastructure

Lead end-to-end warehouse/dark store setup from location identification to operational launch.

Plan warehouse layouts to optimize space utilization, inventory movement, SKU placement, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely setup of warehouse infrastructure.

Warehouse & Operations Management

Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory movement, picking, packing, dispatch, material handling, and basic process compliance.

Ensure accurate and timely order processing and dispatch.

Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, turnaround time, and utilization.

Support the development and implementation of standard operating procedures and operational processes.

Vendor, Landlord & Partner Management

Identify and coordinate with warehouse vendors, real estate agents, landlords, logistics partners, and other service providers.





Negotiate commercial terms and support the finalization of warehouse locations and vendor partnerships.

Manage ongoing relationships with external stakeholders to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Facility & Administration

Ensure warehouses are safe, functional, and operationally ready.

Coordinate facility requirements including utilities, maintenance, security, equipment, and other administrative requirements.

Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with basic safety and facility standards.

Stakeholder Management

Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Inventory, Finance, and Leadership teams to ensure smooth execution.

Coordinate cross-functional activities during warehouse launches and ongoing operations.

What We're Looking For

1+ years of experience in operations, warehouse management, supply chain, logistics, field operations, dark store setup, or market expansion.

Experience in warehouse/dark store setup or micro-market expansion will be an advantage.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a hands-on approach to execution.

Good communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Ability to independently manage field activities, site visits, vendors, and operational requirements.

Comfortable working in a quick-paced startup environment.

Candidates from automotive aftermarket, e-commerce, logistics, supply chain, warehouse, retail, or quick-commerce backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Travel Requirement

Regular on-ground travel across Delhi NCR is an essential part of this role.

The candidate should be comfortable travelling for site scouting, warehouse setup, vendor/landlord meetings, and operational oversight.
