Field Sales Executive (Part-Time) – Logistics & Last-Mile Delivery

What We're Looking For

PUDO India is building a Pick-Up & Drop-Off network that turns local retail stores into parcel collection and delivery hubs. We need a part-time Field Sales Executive in Hyderabad or Bengaluru to visit Kirana and retail stores in your area, explain the PUDO model, and onboard them as PUDO Hub Partners. Flexible hours, real earning potential through commission, and a chance to grow with a fast-moving startup.

Responsibilities

Store Acquisition

- Visit Kirana stores, retail shops, and local businesses in assigned areas
- Pitch the PUDO Hub Partner model and explain the earning opportunity
- Onboard stores by completing sign-up and collecting the required documents
- Meet daily and weekly onboarding targets

Local Market Support

- Identify high-footfall commercial areas and retail clusters
- Share feedback on local competition, store interest, and demand
- Follow up with onboarded stores to keep them active and engaged

Reporting & Coordination

- Update daily visit and onboarding status through the app, sheet, or CRM




- Coordinate with the Business Development Manager and the internal team

Qualifications

Must have:

- 0-2 years in field sales, retail sales, door-to-door sales, or merchant onboarding (freshers can apply)
- Strong communication and convincing skills in Telugu (Hyderabad) or Kannada (Bengaluru)
- Valuable knowledge of local areas, markets, and retail clusters
- Comfortable with daily field visits and face-to-face meetings
- Own two-wheeler and smartphone
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and reliable

Good to have:

- Experience in logistics, courier, e-commerce, FMCG, or fintech field sales
- Existing contacts with local retailers or Kirana store owners
- Hindi and basic English
- Familiarity with basic apps, Google Sheets, or CRM tools

Pay: ₹5,000.49 - ₹7,000.19 per month
