Job Summary

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to develop business in the Horticulture and Berry Crop segment, especially Blueberry and Strawberry cultivation.

The candidate will visit farms, nurseries, growers and horticulture-related companies to identify customers, understand their requirements, promote products and generate orders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Visit farms, nurseries, growers and other horticulture customers regularly.
2. Develop business opportunities in the Blueberry and Strawberry segments.
3. Identify new customers through field visits, references and market mapping.
4. Develop relationships with growers, nurseries, sapling companies, dealers and distributors.
5. Understand customer requirements for Coco Peat, Coco Coir and Growing Media.
6. Explain products and their applications to customers.
7. Generate enquiries and convert them into orders.
8. Follow up with customers and maintain good relationships.
9. Conduct product demonstrations and customer meetings when required.
10. Collect information about competitors, pricing and market trends.
11. Develop new territories and customer accounts.

Achieve assigned sales and customer acquisition targets.
13. Maintain regular field visit and customer reports.
14. Coordinate with the internal team for confirmed orders and customer requirements.
15. Provide regular sales and market updates to management.

Experience 3–8 years of experience in Field Sales, Business Development, Horticulture Sales or Agriculture Sales.

Experience in Blueberry, Strawberry, Nursery, Sapling or Horticulture-related businesses will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
