Role Description This is a full-time, in office Field Sales Executive role based in Mumbai. The role involves visiting retail outlets, cafés, restaurants, and foodservice partners to promote Krispo Bites products and drive sales.

The Field Sales

Executive will identify new business opportunities, onboard and activate new accounts, and ensure product visibility and availability at points of sale.

Responsibilities include regular route planning, order collection, coordination with distributors, and monitoring stock levels and merchandising standards.



The role also requires maintaining strong relationships with customers, gathering market feedback, supporting in-store promotions, and preparing timely sales reports for the management team.

Qualifications

- Strong field sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and account management.

- Experience in FMCG or food and beverage sales, preferably in snacks or frozen foods.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and foodservice partners.

- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Basic proficiency in sales reporting, route planning, and using digital tools or mobile apps for order tracking.

- Knowledge of the local Kolkata market and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field.

- Prior experience as a field sales representative or similar role; a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is an advantage.
