Role Description The Field Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Uttar Pradesh, India. This role involves visiting retail outlets, distributors, and potential fashion buyers to present collections, explain product features, and secure orders.

The Field Sales

Executive will maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, identify current business opportunities, and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets. Daily responsibilities include conducting market visits, gathering customer feedback, monitoring competitor activity, and preparing brief sales reports for management.



The role also requires coordinating with internal teams on inventory, delivery timelines, and promotional activities to ensure smooth execution in the field.

Qualifications

- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Practical knowledge of the local market in Uttar Pradesh and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
- Effective communication and presentation skills for interacting with retailers, distributors, and fashion buyers.
- Basic proficiency in using smartphones and office tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets) to track visits, orders, and reports.
- Prior experience in fashion, apparel, or FMCG field sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently, manage time well, and handle on-ground challenges professionally.
- Minimum educational qualification of high school completion; a diploma or degree in business or marketing is an advantage.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and interest in fashion and retail trends.
