Field Sales Engineer – Ajax

Location: Karaikal, Puducherry

Experience: 1–3 years in field sales / automobile / construction equipment / machinery sales

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new leads through field visits and market development.
- Promote and demonstrate Ajax products to customers.
- Build relationships with contractors, builders, dealers, and customers.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Monitor market and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with service teams for customer support.
- Maintain customer records and submit field visit reports.

Requirements:

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, Civil, or relevant field.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for field sales.
- Valid driving licence preferred.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
