Role Description The Field Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai, responsible for sourcing and hiring candidates for various positions. Day-to-day tasks include visiting field locations, conducting candidate outreach, screening profiles, and scheduling interviews. The role involves coordinating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, managing end-to-end recruitment activities, and maintaining accurate records of candidate pipelines.

The Field

Recruiter will build relationships with local institutes, agencies, and communities to develop strong talent networks.



This position also requires regular reporting on recruitment status, adherence to company policies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

- Experience in field recruitment or talent acquisition, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse candidates and stakeholders.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple openings, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.
- Comfort with on-site work, frequent local travel in and around Navi Mumbai, and direct interaction with candidates at field locations.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office or similar tools for maintaining recruitment data, reports, and candidate records.
- Knowledge of local job markets, recruitment channels, and community networks is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, meet hiring targets, and maintain a professional and inclusive approach to recruitment.
- Graduate degree in any discipline preferred; prior experience in staffing, HR, or related roles will be beneficial.
