About the Role

We are looking for a confident, well-spoken and proactive Sales Executive to join our field sales team. The role involves meeting potential clients, understanding their business requirements, presenting our advertising and marketing solutions, and converting prospects into clients.

Prior sales experience is preferred but not mandatory. We are open to candidates who have excellent communication skills, confidence, a professional attitude, and the willingness to learn and grow in sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Meet prospective clients and businesses across Delhi NCR.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, references, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable advertising and marketing solutions.
- Present and explain services clearly and confidently to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
- Negotiate and close sales while working towards monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Regularly report sales activities and progress to the management.

Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be confident and comfortable speaking with new people.
- Smooth and professional conversation skills.




- Must be comfortable with field visits and meeting clients in person.
- Own vehicle is mandatory for commuting and client visits.
- Valid Driving Licence.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, field sales, or client acquisition is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, email, and MS Office/Google Workspace.

- Is willing to travel within Delhi NCR for meetings and business development.
