Handy sQuad Facility Management Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our Kochi team. Freshers and candidates with experience in field sales, marketing, customer acquisition or business development are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits and interact with potential customers.
- Generate new leads through field marketing and direct customer interaction.
- Promote and explain Handy sQuad's homecare and facility management services.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Follow up with leads and support customer conversion.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the operations team regarding customer requirements.
- Maintain daily field visit, lead and follow-up reports.
- Achieve assigned sales and lead-generation targets.
Requirements
- Any Graduate.
- Freshers can apply.
- 0–2 years of experience in field sales, marketing,
business development or customer acquisition is an advantage.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence is mandatory.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Malayalam communication is preferred.
- Willing to travel within Kochi for field work.
- Positive attitude, confidence and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and MS Office is an advantage.
