Role Description The Field Executive for Commercial Vehicle will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and onboarding customers seeking finance or related services for commercial vehicles in Coimbatore. Day-to-day tasks include visiting potential and existing clients on-site, explaining product offerings, collecting required documentation, and coordinating with internal teams for application processing and approval.

The role involves maintaining accurate records of client interactions, tracking leads, and meeting assigned sales and service targets while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Executive will also follow up on leads, address customer queries, and build long-term relationships with transport operators, dealers, and related stakeholders. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore, requiring regular field travel within the designated territory.

Qualifications

- Ability to work in the field, meet clients in person, and manage on-site activities in and around Coimbatore.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to explain products clearly and build trust with diverse customers.
- Basic understanding of commercial vehicle finance or willingness to learn quickly about lending and documentation processes.
- Positive organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple leads, visits, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Comfort with using mobile apps or basic computer systems for data entry, reporting, and coordination with office teams.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented approach with the ability to work independently while following company guidelines.
- Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license and readiness to travel locally for client visits.
- Minimum educational qualification such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree; prior experience in field sales or vehicle finance is an advantage.
