SRIT India Limited is looking to hire a Field Executive (FTTH / ISP) through the Eazyway Platform. The candidate should have good knowledge of the assigned local area and market, along with prior experience in the ISP/Telecom industry, preferably in FTTH operations.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of customer acquisition, field operations, ISP service processes, FTTH feasibility, installation coordination, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

1. ISP Business & Customer Management

- Manage ISP customer acquisition, leads, recharges, and customer retention within the assigned business area.
- Generate and follow up on leads and prospective customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Support business growth within the assigned area.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with relevant teams for service delivery.

1. FTTH Feasibility & Installation

- Conduct FTTH feasibility surveys for new customer connections.
- Assess local connectivity and infrastructure requirements for recent connections.
- Coordinate with ANPs, technicians, and ISP teams for new connections and installations.
- Support the activation process for new FTTH connections.
- Identify and coordinate resolution of feasibility, installation, and activation-related issues.

1. Area Operations & Field Support

- Act as the ISP's field representative for the assigned business area.
- Manage day-to-day field operations and customer-related activities.
- Handle field-level customer and operational issues.
- Coordinate with technicians and internal teams to resolve service-related issues.




- Ensure smooth ISP operations within the assigned area.

1. NOC & Technical Coordination

- Coordinate with the NOC and technical teams for issue resolution.
- Escalate technical and operational issues to the appropriate teams.
- Follow up on reported issues until resolution.
- Ensure timely communication with customers regarding service-related issues.
- Monitor SLA adherence and support timely resolution of field-level problems.

1. Customer Service & Relationship Management

- Maintain regular communication with customers and understand their service requirements.
- Support customer retention through timely follow-up and issue resolution.
- Handle customer queries related to connections, installations, recharges, and services.
- Maintain a positive customer experience throughout the service lifecycle.

Experience & Qualifications

- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in ISP, Telecom, FTTH, or related field operations.
- Prior experience in the ISP/Telecom business is preferred.
- Experience in FTTH operations will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of the assigned local area and market.
- Understanding of customer acquisition and lead management.
- Knowledge of ISP service processes and field operations.
- Understanding of FTTH feasibility, installation, and activation processes.
- Ability to coordinate with customers, ANPs, technicians, NOC, and internal teams.
- Strong field coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently in field operations.
