Department: Food & Beverage Service

Designation: F&B; GSA / Senior GSA / Captain

Reports To: F&B; Supervisor / F&B; Manager

Job Purpose To provide excellent food and beverage service to guests, ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining the hotel’s service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests in a polite and skilled manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them as per hotel standards.
- Set up tables, restaurants, banquet areas, and service stations.
- Ensure proper cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant and service areas.
- Explain menu items and assist guests with their selections when required.
- Coordinate with the Kitchen and other departments for smooth service.
- Check food and beverage presentation before serving.
- Attend to guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Clear and reset tables promptly after service.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and hotel SOPs.
- Maintain proper handling and storage of service equipment.
- Assist in banquet functions, meetings, and other F&B; activities as required.




- Ensure billing and order details are accurate and coordinate with the Cashier/POS team.
- Support the team during busy operations and maintain a positive working environment.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the HOD or Supervisor.

Required Skills
- Good communication and guest-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Good grooming and personal hygiene.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and on holidays.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems is an added advantage.

Qualification & Experience
- Qualification: 10th / 12th / Diploma / Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Experience: Freshers can be considered for GSA positions; relevant hotel experience preferred for Senior GSA/Captain positions.

Pay: ₹12,581.58 - ₹45,764.85 per month
