Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced F&B; Supervisor to supervise food and beverage operations, coordinate service staff, maintain service quality, and ensure a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily F&B; service operations.
- Manage and allocate duties to service staff.
- Ensure proper table setup and guest service.
- Monitor food and beverage quality.
- Coordinate with kitchen and other departments.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints.
- Ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with stores.
- Support billing and order management.




- Train and guide service staff.
- Monitor staff grooming and discipline.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards.
- Prepare daily operational reports.
