About Label Aysa

Label Aysa is a contemporary womens fashion brand focused on elevated power dressing creating sophisticated, statement-making pieces for the modern woman.

We are looking for a highly organised, hands-on and fashion-focused Fashion Production & Sourcing Executive who can work closely with the founders and take ownership of the journey from concept and sourcing to production and final order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing & Vendor Management
- Source fabrics, trims, accessories, packaging and other materials.
- Identify and coordinate with fabric suppliers, manufacturers, tailors and production vendors.
- Negotiate pricing, minimum quantities and delivery timelines.
- Build and maintain a reliable vendor network.
- Ensure quality and consistency of sourced materials.
- Design & Sampling
- Coordinate with the founders/design team on new collections and product development.
- Assist with fabric, colour and trim selection.
- Coordinate sampling, fittings and alterations.
- Communicate design requirements clearly to tailors and manufacturers.
- Follow up on samples and ensure products are developed as per specifications.
- Production Management
- Manage the complete production process from approved sample to finished product.
- Prepare and track production requirements, quantities and timelines.
- Coordinate with tailors/manufacturers on cutting, stitching, finishing and quality checks.
- Conduct regular quality checks and resolve production issues.
- Ensure production is completed within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Order Management
- Coordinate incoming customer orders with the production team.
- Maintain an updated order and production tracker.
- Ensure timely production, finishing,



packing and dispatch of orders.
- Coordinate with the relevant teams/vendors to resolve delays or quality issues.
- Keep accurate records of inventory, production and pending orders.
- Inventory & Operations
- Track fabric and raw material inventory.
- Maintain records of finished goods and work-in-progress.
- Monitor material consumption and wastage.
- Help maintain production costing and product-wise records.
- Support the founders in making the overall production process more efficient.

What Were Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in fashion production, sourcing, merchandising or garment operations.
- Strong understanding of fabrics, garment construction, sampling and production.
- Good vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Highly organised with excellent follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple products, vendors and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Good communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup/brand environment.
- Someone who is hands-on, proactive and takes ownership rather than waiting for instructions.
- A genuine interest in contemporary women’s fashion is a strong plus.
