Job Summary

Thanvi Boutique is looking for a creative and passionate Fashion Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in ethnic wear, saree designing, and contemporary fashion trends.

The candidate will be responsible for developing unique designs, creating design concepts, coordinating with the production team, and ensuring that designs align with our brand identity and customer preferences.

We are looking for someone with creativity, attention to detail, knowledge of fabrics, and the ability to translate ideas into beautiful, marketable designs.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Develop creative and unique fashion designs, particularly for sarees, ethnic wear, and womens apparel.
2. Research current fashion trends, colour palettes, fabric trends, and market preferences.
3. Create design concepts, mood boards, sketches, and design illustrations.
4. Select suitable fabrics, colours, prints,



embroidery patterns, and embellishments.
5. Coordinate with the production, tailoring, embroidery, and sourcing teams to execute designs.
6. Develop new collections for festive seasons, weddings, and everyday wear.
7. Assist in product development from concept to final sample approval.
8. Monitor sample development and ensure designs meet quality standards.
9. Maintain design files, fabric references, sample records, and product details.
10. Collaborate with the marketing and merchandising teams for new collection launches.
11. Suggest creative design ideas based on customer feedback and sales trends.
12. Ensure timely completion of design tasks and collection development.
