Zero Label is an independent women's western wear brand centered on clean construction, tagless comfort, and precise body fit. Inspired by European summer aesthetics, vintage silhouettes, and pastel shades, our collections feature lightweight fabrics such as cotton poplin, linen, rayon, and chiffon. We bridge digital design with careful garment execution to create timeless, versatile wardrobe staples.

The Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Fashion Design Intern to join our Noida office for a full-time, hands-on role. You will work directly with the founder across every stage of collection development—from initial sketch and digital flat lay to physical sampling and final fitting. This is an immersive opportunity to see how a garment transitions from a concept to a live e-commerce product.

Key Responsibilities

- Design & Tech Packs: Assist in creating exact flat sketches, detailed tech packs, and 3D digital mockups for upcoming collections.
- Sampling & Fitting: Coordinate sample development, track fit revisions, and help adjust garment construction to ensure optimal drape, clean finishings, and tagless comfort.
- Fabric & Trim Sourcing: Help source lightweight textiles (cotton poplin,



linen, chiffon) and minimal hardware that align with our brand aesthetic.
- Visual Content Support: Collaborate on preparing garments for e-commerce, lookbook shoots, and short-form video content demonstrating garment movement and fit.
- Trend & Silhouette Research: Conduct market research on vintage silhouettes, color palettes, and elevated Western wear trends.

Who You Are

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Fashion Design.
- Proficient in digital design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or 3D garment visualization software).
- Thorough understanding of garment construction, flat pattern making, fabrics, and tech pack creation.
- Possess a strong aesthetic alignment with minimal, feminine, and vintage-inspired Western wear.
- Proactive, highly organized, and eager to work in a fast-paced studio setting.
