Job Opportunity: Faculty – Fashion Design (Core Subjects)

We are seeking a creative and highly skilled Faculty Member to join our Fashion Design department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation in garment creation and a passion for mentoring the next generation of designers.

Core Responsibilities

- Subject Matter Expertise: Conduct comprehensive practical and theoretical sessions in Garment Construction, Pattern Making, Draping, and Styling.
- Creative Mentorship: Guide students through the design process, from initial conceptualization to the final stitched garment, encouraging innovative and industry-relevant approaches.
- Technical Integration: Demonstrate and teach the use of industry-standard design software to enhance student portfolios and technical drawings.
- Curriculum Delivery: Ensure the curriculum is delivered effectively, maintaining high standards of academic excellence and student engagement.
- Evaluation: Conduct regular assessments, provide constructive feedback on student projects, and maintain academic records.

Candidate Profile

- Education: Graduate or Post-Graduate from NIFT, NID, or FDDI is highly preferred.




- Experience: Minimum 3 years of teaching or relevant industry experience.
- Software Skills: Proficient in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW, or CLO 3D).
- Communication: Exceptional command of the English language (both written and verbal) is essential for effective instruction and documentation.
- Attributes: Highly creative, organized, and capable of fostering a qualified learning environment.

Job Details

- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable & based on experience).
- Work Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday.
