Job Summary The Factory In-Charge will be responsible for the overall upkeep, cleanliness, organisation, and basic maintenance of the factory premises. The role will ensure that the factory, equipment, materials, products, and surrounding areas are properly maintained, safely placed, and kept in an organised condition at all times.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure the overall cleanliness and hygiene of the factory premises, including production areas, storage areas, common areas, washrooms, and surrounding premises.

- Ensure that all materials, products, equipment, tools, and other items are properly placed and organised within the factory.

- Maintain proper space utilisation and housekeeping standards across the factory.

- Ensure that raw materials, finished products, packaging materials, and other items are stored at their designated locations.

- Regularly check the factory premises for damaged, misplaced, unused, or unnecessary items and coordinate for their proper disposal or relocation.

- Monitor the condition of factory assets, furniture, fixtures, equipment, electrical fittings, plumbing, doors, flooring, and other infrastructure.

- Coordinate with maintenance personnel or external vendors for repairs and maintenance requirements.





- Ensure that cleanliness and maintenance issues are identified and resolved on time.

- Maintain proper waste segregation and disposal within and around the factory premises.

- Ensure that pathways, entrances, exits, and working areas remain clear, clean, and accessible.

- Monitor housekeeping staff and ensure that assigned cleaning activities are completed properly and on time.

- Conduct regular factory premises inspections and report any maintenance, cleanliness, safety, or infrastructure-related concerns to the management.

- Ensure that products and company assets are handled carefully and are not damaged due to improper storage or placement.

- Maintain basic records of maintenance work, repairs, cleaning activities, and other factory upkeep requirements.

- Coordinate with production and other departments to ensure that factory activities do not result in unnecessary clutter or poor housekeeping.

- Ensure that the factory premises are maintained in a clean, organised, safe, and presentable condition at all times.

- Perform any other duties related to factory upkeep, maintenance, housekeeping, and facility management as assigned by management.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
