We are launching a Multi-Sports Arena featuring Pickleball, Badminton, Box Cricket, Box Football, and Cricket Practice Nets!

We are kicking off in Mid of October, and we are looking for a dynamic Facility Manager to take complete charge of the arena's end-to-end operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Facility Operations: Independently oversee daily operations, court bookings, equipment upkeep, and arena maintenance.
2. Guest Hospitality: Deliver exceptional hospitality to athletes, members, and event participants, ensuring a premium customer experience.
3. Financial Management: Manage operational budgets, daily billing, revenue tracking, and cost optimization.
4. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise ground staff, security, and maintenance crews to maintain high standards.
5. Event Execution: Coordinate sports leagues,



tournaments, and community events.

Requirements Proven experience in Management and Hospitality Sector.

Strong background and interest in sports, with a clear understanding of sports arena dynamics.

Robust interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to manage facilities/projects independently with strong problem-solving skills.

Solid operational, financial, and leadership capabilities.
