FACILITY OPERATIONS MANAGER – SOFT SERVICES

Role Description:

The Facility Operations Manager – Soft Services will be responsible for managing and overseeing day-to-day soft services operations at facility management sites. The role involves ensuring service quality, effective manpower deployment, client satisfaction, hygiene standards, operational compliance, and smooth execution of all soft facility services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage overall soft services operations at assigned facility sites.
- Supervise Housekeeping, Pantry, Landscaping, Pest Control, Waste Management, and other allied services.
- Plan and manage manpower deployment as per client and operational requirements.
- Supervise Housekeeping Supervisors, Team Leaders, and other soft service staff.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, sanitation, and grooming.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, productivity, and manpower performance.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with SOPs and client requirements.
- Coordinate with clients for operational requirements, complaints,



feedback, and issue resolution.
- Monitor consumable usage, material requirements, and inventory.
- Coordinate and monitor vendor performance and outsourced services.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, statutory, and company standards.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, checklists, inspection reports, and operational records.
- Conduct regular team briefings, training, and performance reviews.
- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure smooth service delivery and maintain client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with HR and Operations teams for manpower-related requirements and employee issues.
- EXPERIENCE : 5-7 YRS Relevant experience is mandatory
- Qualification: MBA / Any Dregree

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
