Qualification: Graduate with preferably having management qualification. Certifications in healthcare management or facility management programs will be an added advantage. Persons retired from armed forces can also be considered. Candidates with qualified with degree from any IHM are preferred.

Experience: 6+ years of experience in management of multiple hotels or similar experience.

Location: Chennai Reporting to: Managing Director Job Profile (not limited to the following) 1. Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple senior living facilities across Tamilnadu ensuring smooth functioning.

- Develop and implement policies and procedures in line with healthcare regulations and best practices for elderly care.
- Collaborate with resident managers of each facility for delivery of all services as per agreed SLA 4. Manage the financial performance of facilities under purview, including budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.
- Hold full responsibility for the region’s Profit and Loss (P&L;), ensuring financial sustainability and growth.
- Lead business development efforts by identifying recent service opportunities,



expanding the services base and fostering partnerships to enhance the offerings and revenue streams.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of facility management professionals, maintenance and housekeeping staff, caregivers, and administrative staff.
- Ensure that all communities comply with all statutory laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.

1. Prepare for and manage internal and external audits and inspections 10. Oversee the purchase and procurement of all needed items, ensuring timely availability and adherence to budgetary guidelines. 11. Guide the respective teams to handle all aspects of food and beverage services with a thorough understanding of FSSAI regulations to maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards. 12. Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and general maintenance of facilities, managing housekeeping staff and coordinating with vendors for routine and emergency maintenance.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
