Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day facility operations
- Supervise housekeeping, maintenance & support staff
- Ensure smooth delivery of facility management services
- Handle client coordination and site-level operations
- Monitor manpower, attendance, discipline & performance
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards
- Prepare operational reports and resolve client issues
