Educational Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognised university/institution.

Experience: The candidate must have a minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience in the operation and maintenance of luxury hotels, hospitals, IT facilities, large campuses or similar establishments.

The candidate should possess sound working knowledge of:

HT and LT electrical installations and distribution systems

Sewage Treatment Plants (STP)

Water Treatment Plants (WTP)

Hydropneumatic water distribution systems

IT infrastructure and related facilities

ELV systems

Electrical and mechanical services associated with large facilities

Roles & Responsibilities:

The Facilities Engineer Manager shall be responsible for the day-to-day supervision,



operation and efficient functioning of the entire Club campus and its engineering services, including coordination of preventive and breakdown maintenance, supervision of technical personnel and service agencies, and ensuring uninterrupted functioning of all essential utilities and services.

Candidates possessing relevant experience in managing facilities of large, premium and continuously operational establishments will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
