About the Job

We are looking for experienced and responsible Facility Management & Operations professionals to manage and supervise day-to-day facility operations for a leading Nationalised Bank. The selected candidates will be responsible for managing site operations, manpower, housekeeping, security coordination, maintenance activities, vendor coordination and overall facility service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete day-to-day facility operations at the assigned location.
- Supervise and manage on-site manpower including housekeeping and other support staff.
- Ensure proper manpower deployment, attendance and shift management.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for facility-related activities.
- Monitor housekeeping, cleanliness, maintenance and overall site standards.




- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with client requirements.
- Handle operational issues and ensure timely resolution of complaints/escalations.
- Maintain daily, weekly and monthly operational reports.
- Coordinate with the Bank Administration / Facility Team for smooth operations.
- Ensure proper implementation of company and client SOPs, policies and safety standards.
- Manage and resolve site-level operational challenges.
- Ensure quality service delivery and maintain positive client relationships.

Candidate Eligibility

- Graduate for facility Manger preferred.
- Minimum 10th Pass for Supervisor
- Minimum Experiences 5 Years
- Candidates with relevant experience in Facility Management, Operations, Administration or Soft Services.
- Experience in managing manpower and facility operations will be preferred.
- Candidates from Banking, Corporate, Commercial, Hospital, Hotel, Mall or large facility management operations may apply.
- Good communication, coordination and reporting skills.
- Strong leadership and team-handling capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple operational activities independently.
