Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design and develop 3D models of precast concrete components using software such as Autocad.

- Create detailed fabrication drawings for residential projects, including mould designs and maintenance schedules.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate installation of precast concrete elements on site.

- Conduct quality control checks during the fabrication process to ensure compliance with project specifications.

Job Requirements :

- 5-25 years of experience in precast concrete industry, preferably in a similar role.

- Proficiency in creating 3D designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software like AutoCAD.

- Solid understanding of mould design, fabrication, and maintenance procedures for precast concrete products.

- Experience working on residential construction projects involving precast concrete elements.
