- Extrusion Operations: Assist in setting up, operating, and cleaning twin-screw/single-screw extrusion lines for polymer compounding trials.
- Masterbatch Processing: Weigh, blend, and prepare raw materials, pigments, and additives for masterbatch production and color-matching batches.
Key Requirements
- Education: Diploma in Polymer Technology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience working in a polymer laboratory, compounding unit, or masterbatch manufacturing workplace.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with polymer extrusion machinery, compounding processes, and basic laboratory testing equipment.
- Facility : Transport & Canteen facility.
Pay: ₹15,462.35 - ₹18,891.33 per month
