Job Responsibilities:

- Handle customer calls and understand their requirements.
- Explain products/services and provide suitable solutions.
- Convince customers and convert leads into sales.
- Handle customer queries and objections effectively.
- Follow up with interested customers and close sales.
- Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.

Requirements:

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good English communication is mandatory.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable handling customers over calls.
- Willingness to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Previous experience in Sales, Telesales, Telecalling, Inside Sales or Customer Service is an added advantage.
- Work From Home setup is mandatory: Candidate must have a laptop/desktop, reliable Wi-Fi/internet connection, and power backup.
