We are looking for skilled and dedicated chefs with expertise in the following cuisines: Seafood Continental South Indian Dosa Preparation Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook seafood, Continental, and South Indian dishes. Prepare dosa and other South Indian menu items, as applicable to the role.

Maintain food quality, taste, presentation, and consistency. Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety standards. Manage ingredients, kitchen inventory, and food wastage. Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the kitchen.

Candidate

Requirements 4–15 years of relevant cooking experience. Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts. Strong cooking skills in the respective cuisine. Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety. Candidates currently residing in Madurai are preferred.
