Role Description

We are looking for a Marketplace / E-commerce Executive to support and grow our business across Amazon, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces. The role will cover marketplace operations, sales tracking, listings, pricing, inventory planning, promotions, competitor analysis, and coordination with internal teams and brand partners. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with numbers, Excel, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

▪ Manage day-to-day operations across marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart, including listings, pricing, inventory, and overall account performance.

▪ Monitor daily sales, revenue, margins, returns, cancellations, and key marketplace performance metrics.

▪ Track Buy Box, competitor pricing, offers, discounts, and market trends, and take timely actions to improve sales and profitability.

▪ Coordinate with brands, suppliers, warehouse teams, and internal teams for inventory planning, stock replenishment, pricing, and order-related requirements.

▪ Monitor stock health and identify fast-moving, slow-moving, ageing, and out-of-stock products.

▪ Analyze category and SKU-level performance to identify opportunities for revenue and margin improvement.

▪ Manage marketplace issues including returns, customer concerns, claims, and operational escalations, and support new product launches.

▪ Prepare regular performance reports and work towards achieving assigned revenue,



margin, inventory, and category targets.

Required Skills

▪ Master’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

▪ 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce or category management; freshers with strong analytical and Excel skills may also be considered.

▪ Strong Excel skills include Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, basic formulas, and data analysis.

▪ Strong numerical and analytical skills with an understanding of sales, margins, pricing, and inventory.

▪ Good communication, coordination, and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

▪ Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub; experience in Smartphones, Electronics, Appliances, or Consumer Durables will be an advantage.
