Role Description The Executive Operations role is a full time, on-site position based in India.
The Executive
Operations professional will coordinate day-to-day travel operations, including itinerary planning, booking management, vendor coordination, and client support. This role involves monitoring service delivery, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, and resolving operational issues in a timely manner. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams, assist in optimizing processes and workflows,
and prepare reports and documentation to support decision-making. The role also requires maintaining accurate records, supporting internal communication, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the operations function.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee daily activities and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Candidates should possess excellent Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support process improvement.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and clients.
- Candidates should ideally have knowledge of travel or hospitality operations and familiarity with destination management practices.
- Candidates should have proficiency in relevant office and operations software, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Candidates should preferably hold a bachelor’s degree in business, tourism, hospitality management, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience.
